My family has been with Reitman Insurance for decades. Gil was a smart professional who always gave advice as if we were family. Ellen has carried on the Reitman tradition by being knowledgeable, responsive, caring and a joy to work with. She is always there to guide us through any type of insurance situation, no matter how complex. We are fortunate to have Ellen and Reitman insurance for all our insurance needs including auto, home, and umbrella.

I have been using Reitman Insurance for ten years. Ellen is always avaiable to answer my questions and works hard to get me the best insurance possible. I have gone to them for Homeowners and Auto Bundles. You can’t do better than Reitman. Trustworthy and Thorough!!!

My wife and I have been insured with Reitman Insurance for 40 years. For 40 years we have been watched over and cared for personally as if we were family (the good kind)! First by Gil Reitman who was not only a great insurance agent but a great man; intelligent, knowledgeable about every facet of insurance and protection, loyal, caring, understanding, and prophylactic when we were unaware of threatening circumstances. He was always there for us! And though I never once met him, he was a great friend and we loved him and miss him. When his daughter, Ellen took over the business I was worried that we had lost a certain security that we'd never enjoy again. Not because Ellen seemed deficient in any way but simply because in all of my experiences with insurance agents, no one ever remotely compared with Gil. But my wife and I have been with Ellen Reitman now for years and she is every bit as caring, patient and watchful as her father was. Any time we fail to receive a notice from a carrier she is right there to catch us, she is as a member of our family (again, the good kind)! She always goes the extra mile for us, making sure we're protected, finding us the best coverage at the best price, and counseling us on how best to be safe. You could not make a better choice than Ellen Reitman.

Ellen was fantastic and walked me through my options for a few different insurance policies, explaining things to me that impacted both what coverage I got, and asking questions about my situation that reduced the cost of my policies significantly compared to other providers I contacted. You can't beat Reitman Insurance!! They go above and beyond any other company for their clients! Ellen took the time to advise and help navigate a third party insurance claim. It was a difficult and ongoing flooding situation at my co-op by the neighbors' hands. Ellen stepped in to advocate on our behalf with the third party insurance which pushed the settlement over the finish line. 10 out of 5 stars!

I have been using Reitman agency for 50 years or more my parents used Gil when i was a little kid. i’m now 68, You will never find a harder working more dedicated person than Ellen. They have helped me countless times in a variety of insurance needs and issues. Even on insurance that they don’t broker, like worker’s compensation or disability, they have researched and advised me without any compensation. They are only interested in providing their clients with the best service and information that they can. I cried when Gil passed, he was more than my insurance broker he was my friend, willing to spend as much time with me as I needed. My dad was his age and also passed last year, and told me the same thing. I have recommended them to countless friends and family over the years. Ellen will make sure that you have the right policies for your self, and will respond to any questions you have promptly. I don’t give out endorsements too often, everyone wants them, but for Ellen it was a no brainer, thank you and your dad for your tremendous service over the years. Robert Pressman

Reitman Insurance is the best agency I ever dealt with in all my years of owning homes and cars. Whether it was agents Gil or Ellen I received the best insurance advice and personal service that other agencies just did not provide. They always took time out to answer all my questions with honesty and integrity. It is always nice to get a real person to talk to or communicate with. I highly recommend Reitman Insurance Agency !
